I need sometimes quick breaks from the place, where I live. I love Snoghøj, everything is perfect, it is more about refreshing.

On Thursday I decided to go to Copenhagen for a short visit. Since I live 2-3 hours away from that marvelous city, if I have the chance, I go. It was really only a 24 hour break, but a great inspiration for my mind.

I stayed in the area of Østerbro for the night, in a lovely flat of a nice, talented pianist. I really enjoyed her company, to go around the city, to listen and talk live in Hungarian, the breakfast and coffe, and even so simple things what I missed to sit on the couch, watching clouds & people walking on the street in the middle of a big city.

I visited many places, the new and amazing Opera, quick step in to Christiania, walking

around town and next day the Botanical Garden, the National Gallery, the Rosenborg park, and the downtown area. I went back to places, where I have been before, to see how it is now, get into the same atmosphere, sit into the cafes, where I had already spent my days, years ago. If you walk on the streets, you can just feel that the spring is around, hunderds of flowers by the florists, colorful crowd, fresh spring breeze. I am still amazed about the underground, I just cant believe that it is the present, haha.

For today: a nice idea, how to create holiday cards made of greens (anything from garden or kitchen garden, like rosemary and oregano), some wires and office supplies. They can be used as homedecoration aswell, I think they would look gorgeous in bigger size on the wall. Smells good, looks nice. From Frolic.
